Honey Granola Breakfast Bars.

Description : A healthy mix of oats, nuts, dried fruit and honey which makes it to be a perfect breakfast .

Honey Granola Breakfast BarIngredients :

  • Oats – 2 cups
  • Chopped walnuts – 1 cup
  • Brown sugar – ¾ cup
  • Dried fruit – ¾ cup
  • Flour – ½ cup
  • Wheat flour – ½ cup
  • Wheat germ – ½ cup
  • Ground cinnamon – ¾ teaspoon
  • Salt – ¾ teaspoon
  • Oil – ½ cup
  • Honey – ½ cup
  • Egg – 1
  • Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons

Directions :

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit .
  2. Mix the oats, chopped walnuts, brown sugar, dried fruit, flour, wheat flour, wheat germ, ground cinnamon, and salt .
  3. In another bowl, mix the oil, honey, egg and the vanilla extract .
  4. Pour over the dry mixture and press the mixture into a baking tray .
  5. Put the tray to bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes .
  6. Cut when cool and serve !
