This sugar unbalances your glucose levels and causes you to gain fat in your stomach and torso. Try to lay off the sugars, and you may find your waist trimmer. It is definitely a good start for you to lose love handles.
When all else fails and you have tried every way to lose love handles, you may just spice up your life and speed up your progress by exercising regularly for at least 30 minutes a day. Swimming, running, aerobics, and biking are all effective exercises that will incorporate your entire body into the exercise, burn fat, and tone up the muscles that need to be used.
