After perusing the Internet for videos of Jillian Michaels and stumbling on the best Before/After weight loss blog on tumbler- I found something even more amazing by accident- I cannot speak highly enough about this impressive resource for all things fitness & diet concerned.

Blogilates is a website that provides free exercise tips, meal plans, fitness advice, workout calendars, healthy recipes,and workout videos by renowned Fitness enthusiast and certified instructor, Cassey Ho.

While the fitness and diet market is filled to the brim with products that rip you off and let you down, there are still a great many options for individuals. I was shocked when I saw all of these websites and personal experiences published on the web- talking about “popPilates” and blogilates. Why hadn’t I discovered it before? Good thing I did. This is like having your own personal trainer to help you tone up, lose weight, and produce professional results without spending a dime.

Diet Plans: Cassie offers her website fans personal diet plans for the week. She incorporates vegan and clean eating meal plans in combination with the various exercise videos she offer to help her users get the most out of fueling their body while providing them with workout plans that compliment their diet for very incredible and real results.

Fun workouts to suit all lifestyles: If you check out Cassie’s workout videos you will fall in love instantly. She is so much fun, she takes the work- out of workouts! From dancing cardio, to kickboxing, and full fledge pilates she makes it easy to reach your fitness goals through each and every unique video she produces.
